Puerto Rican Heritage Day Courthouse Tour

The Circuit Court of Cook County is having a Puerto Rican Heritage Day Courthouse Tour. It will be on June 16 at 10 am. Everyone must meet by 9:45 a.m. at the Daley center by the Washington and Clark Street entrance.

Highlights of the tour are to:
* learn about the trial process and the legal system
* visit the jury assembly room and a courtroom for the viewing of an actual trial in progress
* attend an informational session hosted by a circuit court judge.

Anyone interested in attending must make reservations by June 13 to Milissa Pacelli at 312-603-1927

I would first encourage all members to spread the word to schools and community organizations so that people may attend and learn about the legal process.

Second, if anyone would like to be present on behalf of PRBA on June 16, please let me know asap.

Thank you.
